All Guaranteed Outfitter Tags are for non-residents only

 Each year, in November/December, outfitters get to apply for  50% of the number of deer and elk tags that non-residents drew the year  before. Outfitters choose the units that they wish to obtain tags and then apply to a draw amongst themselves, just like a normal controlled  draw hunt. . Once an  outfitter has drawn tags in the draw, they can sell these tags to clients until March 31. There is an increased tag cost with guaranteed  tags vs the general draw. However, if you are building points in Oregon  you may retain your points when your purchase the Outfitter tag.Its a great way to keep accumulating points and still hunt. It also enables you to have access to some tags that are very hard to draw in general draw. 

LEFTOVER  DRAW - Tags that were not sold by outfitters during the regular draw by  March 31 are put into a leftover draw pool. These tags are sold to outfitters beginning April 5th on a first come basis. If they are not  purchased during this time they go back to the general draw.

We  generally obtain some great tags during this process. If you would like  to try to obtain a leftover tag please contact us and get your name on  the list. We will sell them in the order our clients sign up.
